Allowance

Connecting your AI is included with every paid SearchTheTrend plan. The monthly counter resets on the 1st. Free accounts can’t connect an assistant, so upgrade to get a key or connector.

Credits

Read tools (search, get, history) don’t cost credits. Only the monthly request allowance applies. Brand scans cost credits. Launching a live scan of a brand not yet tracked costs the same as an in-app brand request. If a scan fails, the credits are refunded automatically. Buy more credits anytime from Settings → Manage subscription → Buy credits.

The giant-brand policy

Scans of large, consolidated advertisers like Nike, Zara or Gymshark are refused without charge. They run thousands of pure branding ads with no product-discovery value, so the scanner declines and refunds you, then points you at the fastest-growing emerging brands in the same niche instead.

Safety

Every tool except brand scans is read-only. Your assistant can look but never change your account or data. Credit-spending actions always ask for your confirmation first.
